At AquaTech Pools & Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic equipment and accessories. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and chemical seals remain intact and unopened.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a freight pickup for large pool heaters and pumps.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
